Does this replace my email tool?
Not on day one. Rivuni starts next to Klaviyo or Mailchimp and takes the one to one conversations, the ones a campaign cannot do. Most brands keep their campaigns and hand us the personal side. Some later drop the other tool. That is your call, not ours.
Who sets up WhatsApp?
We do. The Business API needs a verified number and approved templates, so we register yours, write the templates and get them through review. You do nothing beyond confirming the number is yours. Two days, usually less.
Where do my customers' data live?
In the EU, in your own space, and they stay yours. We never train a shared model on your customers, so nothing your brand knows ever helps another brand. Export everything or delete everything whenever you want.
What if it writes something wrong?
It cannot send anything on its own. Every message is a draft waiting for a person, and it only ever writes to customers who opted in. You can read the reason behind every draft: which order, which product, which rule of yours it came from.
How long until it is actually selling?
Connecting the store takes minutes. It reads your catalog and your order history the same day, and the first drafts are usually waiting for you that afternoon. Live in a day is the promise, not a figure of speech.
What if I am not on Shopify?
Shopify is live today. WooCommerce and Adobe Commerce are next. If you are on something else, tell us which and we will say honestly whether it is weeks or months.
Do I need someone technical?
No. There is nothing to install, no code on your theme and no developer. If you can log into your store admin, you can connect Rivuni.
What does it cost?
Free for the brands we onboard during the private beta. After that, one monthly price per store, no cost per message and no cut of your sales.
